JenesisNow Updates
- Added Person’s relationship to Client Detail report. Relationships can be added or removed through filtering the Relationship options on the Client Detail report.
- When doing a new suspense, the person will now default to the first person in the people list and the dropdown will list the people in the same order they appear in the people list.
- The note automatically made when scanning or uploading media into JenesisNow will be considered a “system” note so the user can choose to hide or show any system note.
- When viewing text messages on the JenesisNow client profile or policy screen, the user will now only see a few lines and not the entire text message for all texts in the list. This will be similar to how notes look.
- We have better defined the personal auto coverage screens and added a way to change to coverage codes more easily with a new replacement button.
- Added animation when a user completes a suspense.
- Added tab functionality to media tags.
- Added additional default coverages for homeowners, dwelling fire, mobile home, motorcycle, boat, motorhome, commercial GL policies.
- We have added the ability to use blank Acord forms without having to select a client.
- Driver and Vehicle popups now have [Next] and [Previous] arrow buttons, along with buttons to take you from Driver to Vehicle & vice versa.
- Changed the way rating handles coverages when quoting from a downloaded policy. Much easier and faster to quote.
- Users are now able to easily swap out the coverage code on a policy where in the past they had to remove a coverage and add a new one.
- When rating from JenesisNow, if downloaded coverages are not what is expected by a carrier, JenesisNow will in most cases translate to the correct coverage.
- Carriers sending downloads with Cancellation Request (XLN) and Cancellation Pending (XPL) will now get marked as pending cancel policy status.

- We have added additional fields for Dwelling Fire policies and made them prefill on the Acord 84 as well as fixed the dwelling address on the Acord 84 to match the listing address.

- A note and agency transaction log will be added any time a user changes the policy type on a policy.
- When you enable policy cancellations it will now go back 15 days in the past rather than being limited to only 5 days.

- Users are now able to add Beneficiaries to the Life and Term policy screens.
- We have added a media / files card in the bank account section to keep bank statements or any other accounting related media.
- Suspenes now shows only a snippet of the suspense.
- Personal auto policies with discounts, credits, etc. that have no limits, deductibles, or premium will now be displayed in a special section on the auto screen called “Additional Coverages / Credits” instead of in the coverage section.
- Now Jenesis will make a note when any Acord form is emailed from saved Acord forms.
- Added check box for EFT and also changed the way payment plans are listed on the policy.
- Health Coverage Campaign is now an option for Marketing Camapaigns.
