JenesisNow New Releases

Keeping your data secure: We have added the ability for any user to turn on Two-Factor Authentication via email or text!  This adds an extra layer of security to your JenesisNow account.

Additional Updates

    • When filling out an Acord 24 or 25, you can now copy certificate holders from any client to another at the same location.
    • Commission File Downloads now have more detail on the Download Screen.
    • The minimum length for a policy number has been changed from 6 characters to 4 characters.
    • You can now filter by Person First Name, Person Last Name, and Person Date of Birth on a Client and Policy Detail report.  The date of birth can also be set to filter based on a range.
    • You can now print any saved note at the click of a button.

 

JenesisNow Vintage Feature

Downloads. This feature has been around for quite a while. Downloads are a great way to be sure all of the policies in JenesisNow are staying up to date with the policy at the company level. It’s also an amazing way to save time by not doing double-entry work! It’s important to be sure you are receiving downloads from every company you write with that offers them. If you’re unsure if you are receiving downloads from a specific company or if you know you aren’t, but should be, or even if you don’t know whether or not that company offers downloads to JenesisNow, contacting your company representative is a good place to start. JenesisClassic New Releases

Email AND Text. It’s even easier. Before, you were able to send an email to a client from the client main screen. Then, you could go back in and send a text. Now, you are able to do both at the same time.

Additional Updates

    • The Acord 27 is now able to be prefilled.
    • The Cert Holder list is now in alphabetical order. We have not made a change to the display of the email address on the certificate holder list because it appears to already display correctly. The Certificate List is now labeled Certificate List rather than Certificate Holder List.
    • When exporting a quote to an existing client, Jenesis will now prompt the user to give them the option to update the client’s cell phone number and email address if it is different in the quote.
    • The weekends now show a different color than weekdays on the J-Calendar form.
    • We have altered the process for the Mortgagee / LossPay.  Now when the user selects this ribbon option from utilities, they will be presented with a list of all Lenders including how many auto and home clients they have.  Simply double-click to select one. You may also navigate by pressing the first letter of the name.
    • We have added the ability to list the Scheduled Items on the Home Binder.
    • When creating a new receipt, and choosing eCheck as the payment method, in the ‘Method’ drop down for the payment, there is an eCheck option. 
    • A note is now being generated if the first or last name on either the insured or second insured is changed.
    • Added Acord 50 to be prefilled for all states.
    • We have added new functionality to the Batch Letters Process. You now have the ability to select clients by Policy Type, both Personal Lines and Commercial lines to send memos to. We have also added filters that will allow you to pull by the client’s name alphabetically.
    • Jenesis added an email button on the cert list and cert holder list.
    • We added a save to images option to the certificate holder form.
    • Added certificate holder list and mortgagee/loss payee list to the Acord 28.
    • The Active Policy report on the Production >> Personal line tab, now allows you to filter by user.
    • We have now included the user’s name on the Quote Control Worksheet.
