This video tutorial will teach you how to track renewals using the Dashboard Card feature in JenesisNow.
JenesisNow – Adding A Dashboard Renewal Card
Make sure to have a card on your main dashboard titled, Policies Expiring in the Next 60 days, this will make it much easier to see when a policy is expiring, and this can be done by adding a policy card, and then renaming the card. To set this card to show the 60 days, click on the cogwheel icon, and in the pop-up window, select Policy Status – Active; Expiration Date Range – Next 60 days; Sort by Column – Expiration Date.
Create a Pending Renewals Card on your main dashboard, and then in the filter settings select Status – Active; Expiration Date Range – your choice. Note if there was no previous version of the premium the system has nothing to compare it to, so it will not show changes to premium coverage.
Suppose you have a carrier that doesn’t do downloads. In that case, you will have to manually renew the policy, and this is accomplished by going into the policy, then scrolling down until you find the Actions card, and then clicking on the Renew Policy button. In the renew policy pop-up window, make updates to the policy as needed and then click the green save button.
