Cancelled and Pending Cancelled Automated Campaigns
JenesisNow – Cancelled and Pending Automate Campaigns
Cancelled Policies have been added to the dashboard under Edit Agency Location. You can use this function to search your database for all the cancelled policies from the past 30 days. The customers will be notified by email or text message that it’s time to renew their policy.
The feature Pending Cancelled Policies has also been added. With this function, you can search your database for policies that have a cancellation date in the following five days. Customers will be notified by email or text message that their policy is about to expire.
