- A County field has been added to addresses.

- Support for Custom Policy Types has been added to JN, allowing you to define your own Policies with custom fields.
- We have added VoIP integration with RingCentral to automatically pop up your client’s profile on an incoming call. This works with RingCentral and more than likely others as well. We will be adding more integrations in the future.
