JenesisNow- Policy Status Prompt on Receipts

We have added a new feature for system prompts anytime a client tries to make a payment on a canceled or pending canceled policy.

Click on the policy which has been canceled. Then in the policy screen, click on the plus sign in the Receipts card. This will bring up a pop-up asking you, “Do you want to change policy status to active?” Click Yes. Process the receipt as you typically would do. Once finished, you will see the policy was marked active.

This same process may be used for Pending Canceled Policies as well.
