Policy Tags within JenesisNow
JenesisNow- Policy Tags
In this video, we will demonstrate the function of policy tags, which will help differentiate between multiple policies a client might have in the system.
First, go into a policy, scroll down to the Policy Tags card, click the Add Tags button inside this card, bringing up a pop-up window where you can enter a tag associated with this policy, and then click the green Save Tags button to save.
Now, if you go to the Client View screen and hover over the policy, you will see the tag appear above the policy. This is beneficial if they have multiple policies to speed up your search process.
