JenesisNow- Text Users (Agents) from within JenesisNow
We have updated JenesisNow to allow you to send another text to another user in your agency.
To send a text to another user, click on the paper airplane icon in the blue ribbon menu at the top, bringing up a pop-up window. Click in the user’s field and select the recipient of the text, then click in the Short Message field, create the text message you would like to be sent, and then click the green send button at the bottom right.
Remember, this will only work if a mobile number is associated with the user profile within JenesisNow.
