To find a customer when you can’t remember their name you can use the Production Reports.
You access it from the Main Screen in Jenesis.
Click on Reports at the top, and choose Production
Then choose the Personal Lines Tab
Place a check mark in the box next to the “Production Report”
Put in a date range and hit preview
