How to setup and use the consent fee form in JeneisNow.
JenesisNow – Fee Consent Form
Start by going to the left sidebar, hovering over Agency (AGY), and selecting All Locations. Once in Agency Locations, choose your location. (You should do this for every location.) Scroll down until you find Location Fees, then click on Edit Fee Consent Form.
Then, a window called Fee Consent Form Message will appear. The message you write will show on the receipts, and then select Save. Then turn on the Include Fee Consent Form feature to have it included on your receipts. After you’ve made these changes, make sure to click save.
Go back to your clients’ dashboard by hovering over Clients (CLNT) on the left sidebar and clicking on All Clients. Scroll down to Receipt in Client View and click the plus sign to open a Receipt window. Then fill in all the necessary fields, and select Save and email or print.
