JenesisNow- Update for Deceased Status for People in a Relationship
We have enhanced the client profile for deceased status for people in a relationship. Before, the only option was to go to the Info section, click on Status, and select deceased. Yet, doing this action would make this deceased for the entire client profile, even though more than one person could be associated with this profile.
With this update, click on the deceased individual inside the client profile. In the window that opens, click on the relationship section. Then scroll to the bottom, and now you will see the deceased option. Select this option, and click the save button at the bottom of the page.
The deceased person will be shown as deceased and no longer insured on the client profile.
