JenesisNow – Commercial and Excess Flood Policy Types
We have made some adjustments and enhancements to flood policies, specifically commercial and excess flood policies.
In Commercial Flood Policy, click the plus sign in the flood listing section to expand it. This section contains several fields pertaining to flood insurance, such as lowest floor elevation, building location, high rise, flood zone, building floodproofed, etc. Fill in all the necessary information for this policy, then click the green close button at the bottom to save. There is also the section where you can add in additional interests or mortgagees as normal on the flood commercial policy page.
In the Excess Flood Policy, click the plus sign in the flood listing section to expand it. This section will look very similar to the commercial flood listing; therefore, fill in the fields needed and click the green close button at the bottom to save. There is also a section where you can add in additional interests or mortgagees as normal on the flood-excess policy page.
